Site Manager Responsibilities Manage the day to day delivery of wastewater treatment and associated civil engineering works, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements. Oversee site operations including reinforced concrete works, drainage, pipework installation, utilities, mechanical and electrical interfaces, and associated infrastructure works. Lead and coordinate Site Engineers, Foremen, operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers, promoting a collaborative and high-performing site environment. Ensure labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors are effectively managed to achieve project milestones and maintain productivity. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, RAMS, permits, and company procedures.
