Site Manager

My client are a regional civil engineering business. Due to being awarded a contract across a 5 year framework, they are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver multiple scheme across Newcastle. My client are delivering civil and infrastructure packages across multiple waste water treatment plant upgrades. Site manager responsibilities: Working alongside and reporting to the project and contracts manager. Day to day site management. Detailed record keeping. Managing plant, labour and materials. Supervision of direct and subcontractor labour. Writing and amending RAMS. Progress meetings. Liaising with the client, key stakeholders and local authorities. Site manager requirements: Right to work in the UK. NVQ level 3 or equivalent. SMSTS. First aid. TWS/ TWC - Desirable. Proven experience in a site managers capacity.
