Site Manager - Roofing

We are recruiting multiple Freelance Roofing Site Managers to join a well-established principal contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment, maintenance and external works across the UK. The business has a dedicated and highly successful roofing division, delivering both flat and pitched roofing projects for a range of public and private sector clients, with a continued pipeline of secured work.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team on a new contract in Hounslow, where you'll be responsible for mobilising sites from the ground up and managing roofing projects valued at up to £500,000.

The Role

• Number One on site, reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager.
• Manage the mobilisation and day-to-day delivery of roofing projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics and programme.
• Oversee health & safety and ensure works are delivered to the highest standards.
• Manage both flat and pitched roofing packages, along with associated external works and scaffolding.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing roofing projects (flat and pitched roofing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of external works and scaffolding.
• SMSTS (essential).
• CSCS Card (essential).
• First Aid at Work (essential).
• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to lead site teams effectively.
