Site Manager - Roofing & Carpentry

Actaris Site Services are recruiting for a Site Manager for our client on a 9-month project in East London.

We-need-a strong SM who can take control of QA and Paperwork.

You must have:

SMSTS / CSCS Black or White Card / First Aid

Proven Site Manager experience with Tier 1 contractor

Strong background in QA, Quality Assurance, snagging, ITPs, compliance

Roofing experience and Carpentry experience - essential to manage packages and QC

Ability to hammer home standards and manage trades

Good IT skills - Fieldview /QA systems

The Role:

Site Manager reporting to Project Manager

Taking ownership of QA and all site paperwork

Managing roofing and carpentry sub-contractors

Health & Safety, daily diaries, toolbox talksDriving quality on a difficult job
