The project will involve groundworks, and modular construction, with a programme of approximately 6–7 weeks to ensure completion ahead of the new school term. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Previous experience managing projects within live educational environments, modular construction, or fast-track programmes would be advantageous.
