About youIf you are an experienced Site Manager with a background in industrial fit out and refurbishment, this could be a really good opportunity if you enjoy taking ownership of your own projects.You will be joining an established construction business delivering industrial unit refurbishments and fit out projects across the UK, with values ranging from £100,000 to around £3 million.Ideally, you will already have experience working on industrial units, warehouses or similar industrial schemes. If your background is more broadly within commercial fit out and refurbishment, that could still work, providing you understand this type of construction and are confident managing your own sites.You will be managing projects lasting anywhere from five weeks to five months, so there is a good variety of work rather than spending years on the same site.The role is based from Warrington, although you will need to be comfortable travelling nationwide and staying away when required.The salary is circa £50,000 per annum, plus a company van.Your experienceYou will need at least three years of experience working as a Site Manager within construction, ideally delivering industrial fit out and refurbishment projects.Experience working on industrial units, warehouses, industrial estates or similar buildings would be particularly relevant.A joinery background would be beneficial, although this is not essential.
