Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of external works packages, including recladding, façade remediation, and building envelope upgrades on live commercial schemes. The external packages you will be managing will typically range from £2m – £5m in value and will sit alongside wider live refurbishment projects. The Role You will be responsible for managing all external works activities on live commercial refurbishment projects, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery from start to finish.
