This is a short-term contract with an immediate start, ideal for a Manager who thrives in delivering high-quality projects to tight deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day site operations on a live retail projectManage subcontractors, trades, and site logisticsEnsure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specificationMaintain high standards of health and safety and site complianceCoordinate with the client, stakeholders, and project teamMonitor progress and provide regular updates/reportingManage quality control and snagging processesRequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out/refurbishment projectsExperience working in live retail environments (preferred)Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to drive programme and manage multiple tradesSMSTS certificationValid CSCS CardFirst Aid qualificationStrong understanding of HandS regulationsWhat s on Offer8-week contract on a high-profile retail projectCompetitive day rate (DOE)Opportunity to work with an established contractorImmediate start availableHow to ApplyIf you are available from 20th April and have relevant experience, please apply with your up to date ..... full job details .....
