The Role Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site. Coordinate subcontractors, trades and deliveries. Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required standard. Manage site health & safety and maintain site documentation. Liaise with the Project Manager, contractors and other stakeholders. Ensure the project is delivered efficiently through to completion and handover. Requirements Candidates must hold : SMSTS CSCS Black, White or Gold Card First Aid at Work UKATA Asbestos Awareness Fire Marshal Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Site Manager on warehouse, retail refurbishment or commercial fit-out projects .
