Site Manager CAT A Office Fit-Out Location: Leeds Duration: 8 10 Weeks Start Date: 10/08/2026 We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT A office fit-out project in Leeds. This is a contract position with an anticipated duration of 8 10 weeks, offering the opportunity to lead a fast-paced commercial refurbishment project from start to completion. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the site. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Monitor programme progress and resolve any site issues. Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain site records. Liaise with the project team, client, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Carry out quality inspections and ensure all work meets the required specification. Requirements Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects, ideally CAT A office refurbishments. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work, Fire Marshal and Asbestos Awareness certificates. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to drive programme and maintain high quality standards. A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
