The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations across both day and night shifts , coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required programme. Experience working within live retail environments , particularly Tesco stores, is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Manage the refrigeration works from mobilisation through to completion. Coordinate site activities across both day and night shifts. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and specialist refrigeration teams.
