The drainage package is being delivered by specialist subcontractors, so you do not need to be a drainage expert. What matters is your ability to lead the site, maintain excellent health and safety standards and keep the project running smoothly. Your experience You will have experience working as a Site Manager on construction, refurbishment or civil engineering projects and be confident managing subcontractors on site. You will hold a CSCS Black Card or equivalent, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshal, Manual Handling and Working at Heights qualifications. You will be comfortable carrying out site inductions, completing site reports and making sure health and safety standards are maintained throughout the project.
