The Role Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site. Coordinate subcontractors, trades and deliveries. Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required standard. Manage site health and safety and maintain site documentation. Liaise with the Project Manager, contractors and other stakeholders. Ensure the project is delivered efficiently through to completion and handover. Requirements Candidates must hold: SMSTS CSCS Black, White or Gold Card First Aid at Work UKATA Asbestos Awareness Fire Marshal Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Site Manager on warehouse, retail refurbishment or commercial fit-out projects.
