Site Manager Warehouse Store Refurbishment / Fit Out Start Date: 14th Sep 2026 Duration: 5 weeks Project: Warehouse Store Refurbishment / Fit Out Position: Freelance Site Manager Rate: £270 - £300/shift Location: Paignton - TQ4 We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a warehouse store refurbishment and fit-out project, starting the 14th September for an initial 5 week duration. The Role Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site. Coordinate subcontractors, trades and deliveries. Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required standard. Manage site health and safety and maintain site documentation. Liaise with the Project Manager, contractors and other stakeholders. Ensure the project is delivered efficiently through to completion and handover. Requirements Candidates must hold: SMSTS CSCS Black, White or Gold Card First Aid at Work UKATA Asbestos Awareness Fire Marshal Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Site Manager on warehouse, retail refurbishment or commercial fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of site health and safety. Confident managing multiple subcontractors and trades. Good communication and organisational skills.
