Site Manager

Ridgeway and Co are working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor in their search for an experienced Site Manager to join the delivery team on a major mixed-use development in Cambridge. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery Supervise subcontractors, trades, and labour to maintain programme and standards Oversee site logistics, health and safety compliance, and quality control Report progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager and senior team Lead site meetings with subcontractors and contribute to client progress updates Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and company procedures Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 main contractor Demonstrated success managing medium to large-scale projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety, and site management best practice Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications To Apply: Please apply with your up-to-date CV outlining relevant commercial ..... full job details .....
