The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded regional main contractor based in Devon. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, this is an excellent opportunity for a proven Site Manager to take ownership of high-value projects.
With several live schemes already underway and more due to start, the business is looking for a confident leader who can deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard. Schemes typically span Commercial, Education, and Healthcare sectors across Exeter and the wider Devon area.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day site operations, managing labour, materials, and resources efficiently
- Lead and motivate site teams to ensure a productive and positive working environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and best practice standards
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions

About You

- Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work
- Proven experience delivering Design and Build projects
- Track record of successfully delivering large value projects
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Experience within Healthcare projects would be highly advantageous
- Proactive, detail-focused, and committed to high-quality delivery
