The successful candidate will take responsibility for site operations, health and safety, quality, programme, subcontractor management and client coordination from mobilisation through to completion and handover.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day running of the fit-out site.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and site operatives.Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.Manage site logistics, deliveries, materials and plant.Review and implement RAMS, permits and site procedures.Monitor progress against the construction programme and report any delays or issues.Coordinate with the Project Manager, Contracts Manager, consultants and client representatives.Chair and attend site meetings as required.Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure snagging is effectively managed.Maintain accurate site records, diaries and progress reports.Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, building regulations ...
