We are working with a well-established, highly respected regional contractor with a strong presence across Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team, delivering a variety of high-quality projects across the region.

The Role:
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Projects typically span across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all on-site activities and managing subcontractors
• Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are met
• Maintaining high health & safety standards across site
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensuring quality control and snag-free project delivery

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
• Strong track record delivering projects across multiple sectors
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
• Ability to manage programmes and coordinate trades effectively
