The role involves coordinating site operations, subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams to ensure the project is delivered to programme, specification, quality standards and budget. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations for modular construction projects. Plan and coordinate modular unit deliveries, offloading, positioning and installation. Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with the project programme. Supervise site teams, subcontractors and specialist installation contractors. Coordinate cranes, lifting operations, logistics and site access. Monitor progress against programme and identify potential delays or constraints.
