Site Manager - Restoration

This is a FREELANCE position, based in Leeds.-

Our client is a well established structural restoration firm and are seeking a freelance Site Manager to join their team in August.-

Approx 36 weeks work, managing a project of 1.5 mil.-

Main scope of works:

• Demolition & soft strip
• Structural altertions
• Steel columns & beams
• Foundations
• Drainage repairs
• Stone/ Block work
• Metal decking
• Upper floor concreting
• Design management
• Programme management
• Contract administration
• H&S
• In house & subcontractor management

SMSTS, first aid and driving licence required.-
