Down and wider Northern Ireland, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to support continued business growth and maintain their high standards on site.Your new role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.Key responsibilities include:Managing all on-site activities from start to completionCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers and direct labourEnsuring compliance with Health and Safety, CDM regulations and company proceduresMaintaining programme schedules and driving site progressConducting site meetings and liaising with project and commercial teamsEnsuring quality control, snagging and handovers are completed to a high standardRepresenting the company professionally with clients and stakeholdersWhat you''ll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Proven experience working as a Site Manager or Senior Site ..... full job details .....
