Site Manager - Renewables - Ely Location: Cambridge / Ely Salary: 45,000 - 52,000 per annum Hours: Full-time Contract: PermanentPPM Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager - Renewables to join a growing team delivering renewable energy installation projects across Cambridge and Ely.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Site Manager with experience in renewable installations, particularly Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Solar PV systems, to oversee site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day running of renewable installation projects across multiple sites.Oversee Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) and Solar PV installations, ensuring works meet required quality and compliance standards.Lead, coordinate and manage multiple site teams, operatives and subcontractors.Plan and monitor project programmes, workloads and progress to ensure deadlines are achieved.Ensure labour, materials, equipment and resources are available to meet project requirements.Carry out site inspections, audits and quality checks to ensure installations are completed to a high standard and defects are minimised.Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring all procedures, risk assessments and site documentation are followed.Accurately record site progress, data and supporting evidence.Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project ..... full job details .....
