Site Manager - £11m RC Frame Industrial ProjectWoodford Green, East LondonUp to £80,000 + Package Industrial Construction RC Frame New Build52-Week Project Starting September Take a Key Role on a £11m Industrial Development An established and growing main contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the delivery team on a newly secured £11m RC frame storage facility in Woodford Green. Starting in September with a 52-week programme, this is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with strong industrial or commercial construction experience to join the project from the outset and see it through to completion. You will report directly to an experienced Senior Project Manager, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of site and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and to the required quality standards. The Role As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day running of the construction site Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site labour Driving the construction programme and monitoring progress against key milestones Managing site logistics, deliveries, access and sequencing of works Chairing and contributing to subcontractor and site coordination meetings Reviewing RAMS and ensuring works are carried out safely Carrying out regular site inspections and maintaining high health and safety standards Monitoring workmanship and managing quality control Reviewing drawings and ..... full job details .....
