Reginald Gray are pleased to be working alongside a long standing client following a number of successful project wins across Oxfordshire.

We are interested in speaking with experienced Site Managers with a strong background in the high end residential sector, across both new build and refurbishment projects.

Our client is a privately owned construction business with an established reputation across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. They deliver high quality residential projects typically ranging from -1m to -5m, working with private clients, architects and specialist consultants.

The role will involve taking responsibility for the day to day delivery of projects on site, maintaining high standards of quality while ensuring programme, health and safety and client expectations are properly managed.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day delivery of projects on site, coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers against programme.
• Maintain high standards of quality, health and safety and site presentation throughout the project.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, commercial team, design consultants and client to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery.

We are particularly interested in Site Managers who understand the level of detail, finish and client management required within high end residential construction.
