This is a hands on, autonomous delivery role reporting into a visiting Project Manager. The right person will be comfortable owning the programme from mobilisation through to practical completion, without the need for day to day senior management presence on site. The Role You will take full responsibility for day to day site operations across a technically demanding fit out, coordinating specialist subcontractors, managing programme and maintaining the quality standards that a research and development environment demands. Operating as the most senior person on site, you will manage the interface between fit out works and the client directly, maintaining accurate records and acting as the primary point of contact in the absence of the visiting PM. You will oversee all RAMS compliance, sequencing and safe systems of work throughout the project lifecycle.
