      <description>Location: Oxford | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum + Package + Benefits | Type: Permanent | Reginald Gray have been engaged by a key client to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a -7m new build private residence in Oxfordshire.  Working alongside a dedicated Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the exceptional standards expected within the prime residential sector.  This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-specification, bespoke residential build, where attention to detail and quality of finish are paramount.   Key Responsibilities:     Manage the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered in line with programme, quality, and safety standards.   Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades, maintaining high levels of workmanship and site organisation.
