Role: The role is on a brand-new contract which involves a working on a planned externals project also covering some internal communal areas. As Site Manager, you will manage and control on site activities the course of this project, which is internal and planned work. The work will be on sites across Noriwch so local to the area is required. This will involve: Accountability for all daily operational activity and the management of operatives and sub-contractors Identifying, reviewing and implementing the client''s critical success factors for the project Ensuring that the quality and programme standards are delivered, avoiding any post-completion defects. Ensuring high standards of safety and quality are always maintained. Ensuring project delivery plan is followed to cost and time frame expectations.
