Specialising in the social housing industry they are known for their planned maintenance and refurbishment projects. Role: Temporary Site Manager for an 8-week external refurbishment project in Soho. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, enforce strict Health & Safety, and manage tenant relations in a live, mixed-use building. The project will focus on Brickwork repointing, Roof repairs, window liner repairs, scaffolding, external decorations and man safe system installations. Key Responsibilities Site Management: Direct daily operations, manage logistics in Central London, and keep the project on schedule across the 8-week timeframe. Tenant Liaison: Act as the main contact for residents and commercial units, providing advance notice for noisy works to minimize disruption.
