Site Manager - Refurbishment / Fit-Out

My well established Construction Client is urgently recruiting for an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee a range of refurbishment and fit-out construction projects valued between 500k and 3m.Working across projects throughout the Southampton, Reading, Oxford and London corridor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.The projects are primarily refurbishment and fit-out schemes, offering an opportunity to work within live environments and on technically challenging projects where effective planning, coordination and attention to detail are essential.Experience working on public sector, government, NHS or healthcare projects would be a distinct advantage, particularly where projects involve occupied buildings, strict compliance requirements, complex stakeholder coordination or phased handovers.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility for the day-to-day management and running of construction sites.Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects from site mobilisation through to completion and handover.Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with current health and safety legislation, company procedures and project-specific requirements.Plan, coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and site personnel.Monitor progress against the programme, proactively identifying and resolving delays or potential issues. ..... full job details .....
