Site ManagerPennyfarthing Homes Salary: Up to 70,000 + Company Van + Fuel CardAbout the RoleMy Client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale residential developments, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.This is a key leadership role for a proven Site Manager with a strong track record of managing volume housing schemes from groundwork through to completion. Due to the nature and scale of our developments, this is not a step-up opportunity. Applicants must be able to demonstrate extensive experience operating as a Site Manager on sizeable residential projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all on-site construction activities from inception through to completion.Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with programme deadlines and quality standards.Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.Monitor project progress and report to senior management.Manage site logistics, materials, labour resources, and subcontractor performance.Coordinate customer care, inspections, and handovers.Ensure NHBC and Building Regulation requirements are met throughout the build process.Drive a positive site culture focused on safety, quality, and productivity.Essential RequirementsExtensive experience as a Site ..... full job details .....
