Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide temporary cover and ensure a local school continues to run safely, smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment across the school siteOversee and support maintenance assistants; manage daily workloadsEnsure full compliance with Health and Safety, including all required checks, inspections and record-keeping (fire alarms, emergency lighting, security systems, water testing, PAT testing, etc.)Manage site security, including opening/locking the school, alarm response and CCTV monitoringCarry out routine maintenance, minor repairs and emergency tasksOversee contractors, ensure work is completed safely and to standardMaintain stock, equipment and cleaning materialsEnsure the grounds, facilities and classrooms remain safe, tidy and operational throughout the dayThis role requires someone proactive, reliable and able to take ownership of the school''s site management needs from day one.If you are interested in the role, please either apply online or contact our Staines ..... full job details .....
