Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-end retail fit-out project at Bicester Village. This is a fast-paced project requiring a proactive manager with a strong background in retail fit-out, refurbishment and finishing works.The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client and stakeholder relationships.Key Responsibilities:Manage all on-site activities throughout the fit-out project lifecycle.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour.Ensure works are delivered in line with programme milestones and client expectations.Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings.Maintain and enforce Health and Safety compliance at all times.Complete site inspections and quality assurance checks.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits and daily site records.Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.Liaise with client representatives, contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.Resolve site issues efficiently to minimise programme delays.Requirements:Essential:Valid CSCS Black Card (Management Level).Proven experience working as a Site Manager on retail / residential / industrial fit-out projects.Strong understanding of fit-out sequencing and finishing ..... full job details .....
