      <description>Location: Boston | Salary: 65000.00-65000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Site Manager  Annual Salary: Up to £65,000 Location: Preston Job Type: Contract (until end of March 2028) Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm / Fri 7am-4pm  We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee a significant decarbonisation project at a local hospital in Boston, Lincolnshire. This contract position will run until the end of March 2028. The ideal candidate will be local to the area and possess extensive experience in CDM site management. Day-to-day of the role:  Oversee the daily operations on the construction site. Ensure all construction activities comply with legal and health and safety standards. Supervise staff and provide guidance and feedback to construction workers. Coordinate with subcontractors and other professional staff. Ensure all deadlines, cost targets, and quality standards are met. Maintain records of construction activities and prepare reports on progress. Manage equipment and materials inventory.  Required Skills and Qualifications:  Minimum of five years'' experience in CDM site management. Black CSCS card holder. NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent.
