Site Manager - Recladding/ Render

Site Manager RecladdingWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a main contractor on a 12-month recladding project in Cardiff, commencing January 2027.The project involves render and external façade works, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background delivering recladding / external refurbishment projects for a main contractor.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management of the site and site teamOversee render, recladding and associated façade worksManage subcontractors and labour on siteEnsure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standardsCoordinate materials, deliveries and site logisticsConduct site inspections and ensure compliance with RAMSLiaise with the Project Manager, client, subcontractors and wider project teamMonitor progress and provide regular updatesMaintain high standards of health and safety and quality throughout the projectRequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractorStrong recladding / external refurbishment / façade experiencePrevious experience managing render projects would be highly beneficialSMSTSCSCS Black Manager''s CardFirst AidStrong understanding of health and safety, quality and site management proceduresExcellent communication and organisational skillsThis role would particularly suit a Site Manager who has progressed through main contractor environments and has hands-on experience delivering recladding or façade refurbishment projects. ..... full job details .....
