The successful candidate will oversee RC frame construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day RC frame operations, including formwork, reinforcement and concrete pours. Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site resources to maintain programme targets. Oversee structural works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards. Monitor health & safety, RAMS, temporary works and site inspections. Liaise with engineers, project managers and commercial teams to resolve technical and operational issues. Ensure works are completed efficiently and to programme.
