You will take the lead on a unique "Cut and Carve" conversion of a historic 1930s ex-MOD building. This isn''t a standard new build; it''s a technically and logistically challenging internal reconfiguration into 33 high-end apartments across three blocks. The Project Scope: Full internal strip-out and structural reconfiguration (moving internal walls). External: Minor roof refurbishment and tile replacement only-the focus is entirely on the internal build-out. Scale: Managing up to 30 heads on-site at peak. Programming: Managed via ASTA.
