Our client is looking for an internally based Site Manager to join them on a project in Greater Manchester. This will involve a high spec fit out of a new residential complex bringing from 1st fix to completion.

Responsibilities

High-spec internal fit-out of a new residential complex from 1st fix to completion.

Qualifications

Experience with internal packages on apartments, hotels or accommodation

Experience on projects £50m and above

Experience with Tier 1 contractors

SMSTS

CSCS
