The scope involves complex structural demolition, civil reinstatements, and foundation works within a live maritime facility. Project Scope Includes: Demolition & Reinstatement: Controlled demolition of a building superstructure at the end of a viaduct, basement infill, scaffold protection, and surface reinstatement with concrete and drainage. Passenger Boarding Bridge (SPBB) Works: Full demolition and off-site removal of existing SPBB assets, foundation demolition, modifications, and construction of new reinforced concrete foundations.
