Act as the subject matter expert on-site for all external packages, directly managing subcontractors handling groundworks, civils, scaffolding, and external facades.
Maintain rigorous health and safety standards, which is paramount given the educational nature and setting of the development.
Manage, motivate, and coordinate sub-contractors and direct labor.
Liaise closely with project managers, clients, and school stakeholders to ensure a smooth, disruption-free project delivery.
