Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Motivation: Provide functional, day-to-day informal leadership to the supervisor team; conduct feedback, manage performance, motivate personnel, and approve supervisor timesheets.

  • Safety & Quality Oversight: Act as a role model for safety and quality; lead daily Toolbox Talks, ensure compliance with work instructions, and drive quality observations throughout the handover process.

  • Daily Offshore Installation Management: Oversee back-office and site installation activities, structure work packages, and execute daily progress reporting and back-to-back shift handovers.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate load-out and interfaces across Pre-Installation, Commissioning, Quality, HSE, Warehouse, and CSM teams.

  • Documentation & Handover: Ensure all project documentation packages-including As-Built, As-Left, and Handover Certificates (HOC/TOR)-are fully collected, validated, and handed over to relevant stakeholders.

  • Continuous Improvement & Planning: Support project kick-off execution with the Lead Site Manager (LSM), manage mobilization/demobilization, and implement operational process optimizations.

Qualifications & Professional Competencies

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in offshore operations, specifically within wind turbine or offshore installation environments.

  • HSE & Quality: In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) offshore standards and rigorous quality assurance processes.

  • Documentation & Process: Solid grasp of offshore project execution processes and strict documentation/handover requirements.

  • IT Systems: Proficient with MS Office and enterprise ERP tools (SAP experience preferred).

  • Communication: Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

  • Certifications: Role-specific offshore and technical training (TROST/I&C requirements) or readiness to complete required certifications.

Personal Profile

  • Safety-First Mindset: Uncompromising commitment to promoting health, safety, and environmental awareness.

  • Proactive Problem Solver: Agile, decisive, and forward-thinking, with the ability to remain calm and determined under pressure.

  • Strong Communicator: Skilled at managing interfaces, resolving challenges, and communicating transparently across all levels-from offshore technicians to site leadership.

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional time management skills with a keen eye for documentation accuracy and operational efficiency.
