Key Responsibilities Management of the site, ensuring sub-contractors are hitting critical path milestones safely and on schedule. Maintain impeccable H&S standards, conducting site inductions, tool-box talks, and reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements). Coordinate and push diverse trades (groundworks, RC frame, M&E, internal fit-out) to minimize delays and material wastage. Conduct rigorous snagging and quality inspections to ensure all build packages meet client specifications and building regulations.
