You will take full site management responsibility for delivering schemes safely, to specification, and on schedule while maximizing commercial performance. Lead multidisciplinary site teams, engineers, foremen, direct labour, and subcontractors to deliver complex civil schemes safely. Manage construction programs, 2-week look-aheads, project plans, RAMS, ITPs, and material procurement schedules. Monitor project cost plans, maintain detailed site diaries, and execute value engineering opportunities to drive commercial performance. Act as the primary client interface on site, holding weekly progress meetings and delivering accurate monthly reporting. About You You are an experienced Site Manager or Site Agent with a strong operational background in heavy civil engineering, deep drainage, or water sector infrastructure.
