This is an initial temporary contract with an excellent opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate, offering long-term career stability with a leading industry name.As the Site Manager, you will be the driving force on-site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage sub-contractors, oversee daily operations, and maintain strict health and safety compliance throughout the facade remediation works.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations on-site to ensure the project progresses in line with the program.Oversee complex re-cladding and facade installation packages, ensuring compliance with strict fire safety and building regulations.Directly manage sub-contractors, conducting daily briefings, progress reviews, and quality inspections.Enforce rigorous health and safety standards on-site, managing risk assessments and RAMS.Maintain accurate site records, diaries, and progress reports.Act as the primary point of contact for the client''s project team, ensuring smooth communication and minimal disruption to the accommodation building.What We Are Looking ..... full job details .....
