The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, supervising experience, and proficiency in project planning tools. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Lead and supervise groundworks teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications. Develop detailed work schedules to coordinate activities across multiple teams and subcontractors. Monitor daily site operations, resolving issues promptly to prevent delays.
