Site Manager wanted for CAT A Commercial Fit-Out project in central London EC3 Contract: Freelance / Temporary Duration: Until mid-November 2026 Working Pattern: Thursday to Monday We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT A commercial fit-out project in Central London, for one of opur specialist Fit-out contracting clients. The project is currently live and is scheduled to run until mid-November. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Site Manager with a strong commercial fit-out background who can take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the works and ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the project, overseeing subcontractors and trades and ensuring works are completed in accordance with the programme, drawings and specifications. You will manage health and safety on site, conduct inductions and toolbox talks, review RAMS and ensure all contractors are working in accordance with the required safe systems of work. The role will involve coordinating subcontractors and labour, monitoring progress against programme, managing site logistics and deliveries and working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to identify and resolve any issues affecting delivery.
