Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an MOD project in North Yorkshire. This is a residential role, offering the opportunity to work on a long-term, high-profile defence project.

The successful candidate will have experience managing complex construction projects, with exposure to heavy M&E packages and multidisciplinary site delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on major construction projects
• Experience managing complex works, including heavy M&E environments
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Excellent understanding of health, safety, quality, and programme delivery
• Must be eligible to obtain BPSS clearance
