Site Manager

I''m supporting a leading main contractor with the appointment of a Site Manager on a permanent basis, working on a large, long-term construction programme.This role is site-wide, with a strong civils bias, offering the opportunity to be involved in complex enabling, infrastructure, and groundworks packages within a highly regulated environment.The RoleAs Site Manager, you will take responsibility for managing sections of work across the wider site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and quality requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging day-to-day site-wide construction activities with a civils focusMaintaining the highest standards of health and safety at all timesCoordinating subcontractors, labour, and plantWorking closely with engineering, commercial, and planning teamsMonitoring progress against programme and driving productivityEnsuring works are delivered to specification and quality standardsManaging permits, RAMS, and compliance documentationMaintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented siteExperience and RequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager on civil engineering / groundworks packagesBackground working for a main contractor on large or complex projectsStrong understanding of temporary works, earthworks, drainage, and infrastructureExcellent communication and leadership skillsSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)Experience working in highly regulated environments is advantageousInterested?If you''re a Site ..... full job details .....
