Their collaborative approach, commitment to safety and focus on delivering projects on time and within budget make them a trusted partner for a wide range of clients.Site Manager roles and responsibilities Manage the delivery of Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) remedial works across multiple occupied and non-occupied properties. Oversee fire door replacement programmes, ensuring all installations meet current compliance and quality standards. Coordinate retrofit, refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception through to completion. Manage subcontractors, direct labour and supply chain partners to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Conduct site inspections, quality checks and progress meetings while maintaining accurate project documentation. Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, company procedures and client requirements. Liaise with clients, residents, consultants and stakeholders to maintain excellent working relationships throughout project delivery.
