This is a freelance position for a period of around 6 months and will involve managing packages including groundworks, frame construction, followed by internal fit out. The successful candidate will have 5 or more years of main contractor experience managing projects of similar value on site. You will be responsible for project delivery, planning & programming, design coordination, managing site team and site staff, value engineering and health & safety.
