The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, maintaining health & safety standards, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. Key Requirements: Previous experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial construction projects. Strong administration and reporting skills. Experience managing engineers, subcontractors, and site teams. Good knowledge of health & safety regulations. Ability to coordinate programme schedules and resolve site issues effectively. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification preferred. Responsibilities: Day-to-day site management and supervision. Liaising with engineers, clients, and subcontractors. Monitoring progress, quality, and health & safety compliance. Managing site documentation and reporting. Ensuring project milestones are achieved.
